Small change in plans

Rather than being a witch while handing out candy (wearing my orange and black witch hat with orange curls attached - which completely wash me out, btw, but which I get over on this one night of all the year), I will be "slightly buzzed witch".

How was work today? Nothing that a couple of Manhattans couldn't take care of.

And yet, it feels a bit odd to be dealing with 3-5 year olds (handing out candy) with rye on my breath.

Oh well. Just as long as I stay alert enough to finish some homework tonight that I require tomororw morning. :p

Election Day

I'm going to vote now.

I really feel like any choice I make will hurt our country more than help it. I also feel like, no matter who I vote for, I will want to take my vote back as soon as I put it in the box.

But vote, I will.
