Going once, going twice...

Ebay has always scared me. I would go on ebay and look around and it always seemed like it could be fun, or useful, but it scared me. Specifically, it was the negative feedback that scared me. Or rather, all the sellers screaming that if you didn't follow their 47 point process, that they'd stick you with nasty negative feedback that would follow you like your permanent record in school. My fear of negative feedback kept me from ever considering buying something. Until last week. I was looking for something and couldn't really find it anywhere else, so I turned to ebay. And decided to give it a try. Of course, instant gratification dictated that I not wait the 5 days until the auction ended and I just did a "buy it now", so I missed out on the whole auction aspect - but I won! :p I'm currently waiting for my package.

Now I feel like a new person. I overcame my fear. I will not be oppressed by threats of negative feedback! I will rise up and bid!

I have now purchased something from ebay. I'm part of the club. I'm so proud.
